This includes all countries not included in the other zones. So if you aim your country is not in the other regions, it is in this zone

When shipping abroad if necessary, additional duties fall to the relevant customs authorities directly from you collect.

Deliveries to countries outside the EU we declare the name of the delivery of content and value. All incurred on Tariffs and import fees are taken over by the recipient.
